Personalized Prayer or Blessing
In 2019 I started writing prayers and blessings for my friends as a way of making my thoughts and prayers for them real and concrete. I have written prayers for difficult times and joyful times - a prayer for a difficult goodbye, a prayer for a vulnerable conversation, a blessing for a leave taking, a prayer for a new beginning, a blessing for a newborn, and more.
